Thai masseuses, trained in Thai massage

The massage you receive on rue de Bruxelles has a clear signature: Thailand. Our masseuses are Thai and trained in traditional Thai massage, with its palm and thumb pressure, its gentle stretches and its rhythm set by the breath. They bring that foundation to the body to body massage, to the soapy massage and to the tantric massage.

Shoda, our lead masseuse

Shoda is the salon’s lead masseuse. She is Thai, trained in Thai massage in Thailand, and has several years of experience. She also writes most of the articles in our sensual massage guide.

Around Shoda, Lyn and Winnie complete the team: Thai masseuses who share the same training and the same standards. What they have in common:

• Attention: they watch your breathing, your shoulders and the way you settle on the table, then adjust pressure and pace.
• Gentleness: slow, enveloping movements, never rushed, that give the body time to let go.
• Respect: everyone’s limits, guest and masseuse alike, are respected from start to end.
• Hygiene: a shower before every session, fresh linen, good quality warm oils.
• Discretion: a simple, warm welcome, without unnecessary questions.

They speak French, English and Thai, so communicating is easy whether you live in Paris or are just visiting. For the four hands massage, two of them work together, mirroring each other’s movements, which takes real harmony.

Different masseuses on different days

The masseuses at the salon vary from day to day. Each has her own sensitivity, her own touch and her own tempo, which is one of the pleasures of coming back.

A framework that lets everyone relax

Our masseuses are professionals who work by the book, in a respectful setting. Any indecent request or inappropriate behaviour leads to the immediate cancellation of the session, without refund, and the masseuse may end it whenever she sees fit. This framework, set out in our house rules, is what allows them to focus entirely on your relaxation.
