Nuru massage is a body to body massage from Japan, given with a clear seaweed-based gel. It is very popular, and we understand why: the idea of a masseuse gliding over your whole body is an appealing one. But at our salon we do not work with gel. We do what our Thai masseuses do best: the real body to body with warm oil.

It is the same principle as nuru, only better: in a naturist version, your masseuse oils her body and yours, then glides over you, skin against skin, with her forearms, her stomach and her thighs, in long movements from the lower back up to the shoulders. You will not miss anything from nuru, and you gain the warmth of the oil. Why body to body with oil beats nuru

Warmth from beginning to end

Nuru gel is mostly water: it is warm when it is prepared, then it cools on the skin as the minutes go by. Oil is warmed before the session and holds its heat. Between the warmth of the oil and that of two bodies, you relax straight away, and the feeling does not fade.

You really feel the contact

Nuru gel is so slippery that it forms a film between the two bodies: you glide, but you feel the other person’s skin less. Oil keeps a slight grip. You feel every pass of your masseuse: the pressure of her body, the warmth of her skin, her weight moving from your back up to your shoulders. That is what makes a real body to body.

No sticky feeling

As it dries, nuru gel turns tacky and has to be moistened again and again. Oil stays fluid for the whole session, nourishes the skin instead of drying it, and a warm shower is all it takes to remove it. You leave with soft skin.

On a proper massage table

Nuru is usually given on an inflatable mattress on the floor. At our salon you lie comfortably on a massage table, in a warm room with soft lighting, where your masseuse can also work with her hands: neck, shoulders, calves.

The same price, no supplement

Nuru often costs more because of the gel. Here, the body to body with oil costs the same as all our massages: €100 for 30 minutes, €130 for 45 minutes, €150 for an hour, shower included.

How a body to body with oil unfolds at the salon

1. The welcome shower. You begin with a warm private shower, on your own or with your masseuse if you choose the shower body to body. On request, she can also give you a little soapy massage under the water.
2. Hands first. Lying face down on the table, you receive a few minutes of Thai pressure on your back, neck and calves, to release tension.
3. The warm oil. Your masseuse pours warm oil over your back, then over her own body.
4. The naturist body to body. She then glides over you: long, wave-like movements, slow circles, passes from the lower back to the shoulders and along the legs. Then you turn over, and the glide continues on the front of the body.
5. The final shower. A warm shower washes the oil away, with clean towels provided. You leave relaxed, with soft skin.

Which length should you choose?

• 30 minutes (€100): a first taste of body to body, without lingering too long.
• 45 minutes (€130): the right balance between the hand massage and the oiled glide.
• 1 hour (€150): the most complete version, the one that really gives you time to let go.

A professional massage in a respectful setting

Body to body is a sensual and sometimes intense massage, but above all it is a professional massage, given by the book by trained masseuses. An indecent request, inappropriate behaviour, or simply a situation the masseuse decides to stop, and the session ends on the spot, without refund. This framework, set out in our house rules, protects our masseuses and lets everyone relax with complete peace of mind.

Write “body to body” in your WhatsApp message to +33 6 10 24 97 47, with the length you would like, and add “with shower” if you want to share it with your masseuse. The salon is at 42 rue de Bruxelles, Paris 9th, on the Place de Clichy side: two minutes on foot from Place de Clichy metro, lines 2 and 13, and eleven minutes from Pigalle. We are open every day, Sundays included, from 11am to 8pm, and English is spoken.
