Opéra, the elegant heart of the Right Bank
The Palais Garnier is one of the grandest buildings in Paris: gilded, sculpted, crowned with a green copper dome, and home to the Paris ballet. Right behind it, boulevard Haussmann is lined with the flagship department stores, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, whose glass domes and rooftop terraces draw visitors from all over the world. Around them stretches a business district of banks, insurers and headquarters, from Opéra to Madeleine and the Grands Boulevards.
It is a neighbourhood of shopping bags and briefcases, of hurried steps and tired feet. Nineteen minutes north, on the quiet rue de Bruxelles, the salon offers the opposite: time, warmth and silence.
Two ways to reach us
On foot (19 minutes): walk up rue de la Chaussée-d’Antin to the Trinité church and its little garden, then follow rue Blanche up to Place Blanche. The Moulin Rouge marks the start of rue de Bruxelles; number 42 is at its far end. It is a nice way to see the 9th change from Haussmann grandeur to the livelier streets of Pigalle.
By metro (about 15 minutes): line 3 from Opéra to Saint-Lazare, then line 13 to Place de Clichy. If you are near Madeleine, line 14 also reaches Saint-Lazare in one stop. Our page on massage near Saint-Lazare describes the station connections in more detail.
After shopping, before dinner
A day on boulevard Haussmann is wonderful and exhausting. Hours standing, fitting rooms, crowds and escalators take their toll on legs and shoulders. A late-afternoon massage resets everything before dinner.
At the salon, a hot shower welcomes you first. Then your Thai masseuse, trained in traditional Thai massage, loosens tension with her hands before gliding slowly over you with her whole body, oiled and warm. That is the Thai body to body massage: enveloping, deeply calming, a world away from the shop floors.
Want to treat yourself properly? The four hands massage brings two masseuses into a single, synchronised session for €250 an hour.
For business travellers
Many hotels and offices around Opéra host visitors in Paris for a few days of meetings. A 30-minute session at €100 fits into a lunch break with the metro ride; 45 minutes at €130 is ideal after work. The salon is open every day until 8pm, including weekends, so a Sunday before a Monday meeting works too. See our massage prices for the full list, and how a session works if it is your first visit.
A sensual massage within clear limits
Our body to body, soapy and tantric massages are professional treatments, given by trained masseuses by the book, in a respectful framework. An indecent request or inappropriate behaviour, or simply the masseuse’s decision to stop, cancels the session straight away, without refund. That is what allows every guest, whether a tourist or a Paris regular, to relax completely.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get from Opéra to the salon by metro?
Take line 3 from Opéra two stops to Saint-Lazare, then line 13 towards Saint-Denis or Asnières for two stops to Place de Clichy. The salon is two minutes from the exit. From Havre-Caumartin, next to the department stores, you can also join line 3 or walk to Saint-Lazare in a few minutes.
Can I walk from Galeries Lafayette to the salon?
Yes, it is a pleasant 19-minute walk from Opéra. Head north along rue de la Chaussée-d'Antin to the Trinité church, then climb rue Blanche to Place Blanche and the Moulin Rouge, and follow rue de Bruxelles to number 42. It is uphill at a gentle gradient most of the way.
Which massage length is best after a day of shopping?
After hours on your feet, 45 minutes (€130) or one hour (€150) gives your masseuse time to work on the legs and back with her hands before the body to body glide. Book a slot in the late afternoon, around 5pm or 6pm, so you can enjoy it fully before the salon closes at 8pm.
