Why a massage designed for men?
Many men carry their stress in the same places: a stiff neck from hours at a laptop, knotted shoulders, a heavy lower back, tired legs after a day walking around Paris. They also tend to postpone the idea of a massage, or to think of it only as a sports treatment.
Our massage for men is built around those realities. It starts with a genuine Thai massage warm-up, firm enough to release deep tension, then moves into a warm, sensual glide that helps the mind switch off completely. It is not a special menu: it is our body to body massage and its variations, adapted to what men usually ask for.
How the session unfolds
A quick, discreet arrival
You arrive at 42 rue de Bruxelles, a quiet street in the 9th arrondissement. You are welcomed without fuss and shown to a private room, with the shower close at hand. No paperwork, no forms.
Shower and reset
A hot shower first. After a flight or a long day of meetings, this alone feels like a reset. Towels and shower gel are provided.
Firm Thai pressure
Face down on the table, you receive a Thai-style oil massage: strong thumb pressure along the spine, deep work on the shoulders and the neck, long strokes on the calves and thighs. Tell your masseuse if you want more or less pressure. This is where the physical tension goes.
The glide
Once the muscles have let go, your masseuse oils her own body and begins the body to body glide, slow and continuous. You turn over and it continues on the front of the body. The mental tension goes too.
Back to Paris
A final shower, a glass of water, and you are back on the street, lighter and calmer, ready for dinner, a show at the Moulin Rouge or a good night’s sleep.

For business travellers, tourists and expats
Business travellers staying around Saint-Lazare, Opéra or the 8th arrondissement can reach us in a few minutes: from Saint-Lazare station, it is two stops on line 13 to Place de Clichy, then a two-minute walk. A 45-minute massage fits easily between the last meeting and dinner.
Tourists exploring Montmartre, Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge are already in the neighbourhood. After hours on the steps of the Butte, your legs will thank you.
Expats living in Paris often miss the easy massage culture of Asia. Our Thai masseuses bring a little of it back, every day of the week.
English is spoken at the salon, and booking by WhatsApp works from any international number.
A few tips for your first visit
- Choose the length before you arrive: 45 minutes is the sweet spot for a first time.
- Arrive a few minutes early, especially if you are coming by metro and do not know the area yet.
- Avoid a heavy meal or alcohol just before the session; you will enjoy it far more.
- Say what you like: firmer pressure on the shoulders, lighter strokes on the legs, silence or a little conversation. Your masseuse will adapt.
A clear, respectful framework
Our massage for men is sensual, and it is also strictly professional, performed by trained masseuses by the book. Your masseuse may stop the session whenever she sees fit, and an indecent request or inappropriate behaviour ends it on the spot, without refund. We would rather be clear than ambiguous: that clarity is what allows you, and her, to relax. Read our house rules before your first visit, and Shoda’s first-timer tips if you want to know exactly what to expect.

Which massage do you recommend for a man trying it for the first time?
The classic body to body massage with oil, for 45 minutes. It starts with firm Thai hand pressure on the back and shoulders, where most men hold their tension, then moves into the slow, warm glide. It is relaxing without being intimidating. Once you enjoy it, the soapy or four hands massage are natural next steps.
I carry a lot of tension in my back. Can the masseuse press harder?
Yes. Tell your masseuse at the start of the session, or simply say so during the massage. Thai training teaches strong thumb and palm pressure, so she can work firmly on the shoulders, the lower back and the legs before the body glide. The aim is always relaxation, so she will adapt the intensity to your comfort.
Should I avoid anything before my massage?
Skip the heavy meal and the alcohol in the hour or two before you come: lying on your stomach after a big lunch is uncomfortable, and clients who have clearly been drinking are not received. A coffee is fine. Arrive a few minutes early, switch your phone to silent, and let the warm shower do the rest.
Can I fit a massage into a lunch break?
Yes. The salon opens at 11am, and a 30-minute massage at €100, shower included, fits into a long lunch break. From Saint-Lazare it is two stops on line 13 to Place de Clichy, then two minutes on foot, so the round trip stays short. Book by WhatsApp in the morning to secure the time you want.
Is the massage suitable for men who run or play sport?
Yes. The Thai warm-up works deeply on the calves, thighs and lower back, which suits runners, cyclists and gym regulars, and the warm glide that follows helps the body recover. It is a wellness massage, not sports physiotherapy, so mention any injury or recent strain when you book and your masseuse will adapt.
