France has a long history with naturism, from the Atlantic beaches to the Mediterranean coast. The idea behind it is simple: the body is natural, and being free of clothing is a way of feeling at ease, in harmony with yourself and your surroundings.

A naturist massage applies that idea to touch. Without fabric in the way, there is nothing between the oil, the skin and the hands. The massage becomes more fluid, more enveloping and, for many people, more liberating. At our Thai salon in Paris 9th, the naturist massage takes the form of a body to body massage: warm oil, slow gestures and full skin-to-skin contact.

Why skin to skin feels so different

When you receive a classic massage, towels cover most of your body and the therapist uncovers one area at a time. The mind registers each change, each edge of fabric. In a naturist massage, those interruptions disappear. The strokes can travel from the shoulders to the ankles in one continuous movement, and the warmth spreads evenly.

Skin-to-skin contact is also associated with the release of oxytocin, often called the hormone of trust and calm. It is one reason why people often describe a sense of emotional lightness after this kind of massage, beyond muscular relaxation.

How a naturist massage unfolds

At your own pace

After you arrive, you undress privately and take a warm shower. There is no rush and no pressure: a towel is always within reach, and your masseuse adapts to your level of comfort.

Warm oil, long strokes

Lying face down, you receive a Thai-style oil massage. Without towels to move, the strokes are longer and more continuous: from the neck to the lower back, from the hips to the calves.

The body to body glide

Your masseuse then oils her own body and glides over you, slowly, with the same fluidity. You turn over and the massage continues on the front of the body. The whole session has a natural, unhurried quality.

A final shower

The oil is rinsed away under a warm shower. You dress and leave with a lightness that is hard to describe.

Naturist, and always professional

This point is important, and we prefer to state it clearly. Being free of clothing does not change the nature of the massage. Our naturist massage is a professional wellness massage, performed by trained masseuses by the book. The masseuse sets the limits of the session: she may end it whenever she sees fit, and an indecent request or inappropriate behaviour means immediate cancellation, without refund.

Two offers make it lighter on the budget. During happy hour, for any session starting between 11am and 2pm, every massage except four hands is €10 cheaper: €90, €120 or €140.
