The sensual massage guide
Our guide explains sensual massage clearly and honestly: what body to body, nuru and soapy massage really are, where tantra comes from, how Thai massage differs from Chinese and Japanese styles, what to expect on a first visit and how to choose a serious salon. The articles are written by our Thai masseuses, most of them by Shoda, the salon's lead masseuse, trained in Thailand.

Understanding before booking
Sensual massage is surrounded by clichés, vague promises and misleading words. Our guide exists to clear things up. Each article explains a practice, its origins and its techniques, and says honestly what you can and cannot expect from a professional salon in Paris.
Most articles are written by Shoda, the salon’s lead masseuse, who trained in Thai massage in Thailand. Lyn and Winnie, also Thai masseuses at the salon, write the others. The tone is warm, simple and precise, the same way they massage.
How the guide is written
Every article starts from real questions: the ones clients ask on WhatsApp before booking, the ones they ask quietly on their first visit, and the ones people type into search engines. Our masseuses answer them without euphemism and without innuendo, in plain English, with the same respect for the reader as for the client on the massage table. When a practice is not offered at the salon, the article says so clearly.

From reading to experience
Once you know what you are looking for, our service pages describe each massage as it is performed at the salon, starting with the body to body massage in Paris. All of them are professional massages given by trained masseuses, by the book; an indecent request or inappropriate behaviour, or the masseuse’s own judgement, ends a session immediately, without refund.
The salon is at 42 rue de Bruxelles, Paris 9th, two minutes from Place de Clichy metro, open every day from 11am to 8pm.
Frequently asked questions
Is the guide a substitute for medical advice?
No. The guide describes wellness massages and the traditions behind them, for general information only, and it does not give medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, a skin problem, a recent injury or any other health concern, ask your doctor before booking a massage and mention it when you get in touch.
Why does the guide cover practices the salon does not offer?
Because people search for them and deserve accurate information. Lingam massage, for example, is often misunderstood. The guide explains its tantric origins in a neutral, educational way, then states clearly that the salon does not practise it, and suggests alternatives such as tantric or body to body massage.
Where should I start if I have never had a sensual massage?
Start with the article explaining what a body to body massage is, then read Shoda's tips for a first body to body massage. Together they cover the technique, the atmosphere, the etiquette and the practical questions. After that, the glossary is a useful reference whenever you come across an unfamiliar term.
Is the guide also available in French?
Yes. The French version of the site has a larger guide, with additional articles on topics such as massage oils, the ideal length of a session and the history of tantra. The English guide focuses on the subjects that matter most to visitors, tourists and expats discovering sensual massage in Paris.
